Our founder is an avid wine connoisseur who’s travelled the world developing her palate and decided to start her company utilising the fantastic cool climate grapes of South Australia’s wine making country. All of our current wines are produced in South Australia, Adelaide’s best wine regions are set against a backdrop of rolling hills, glistening coastline and charming country towns, Adelaide’s wine regions are overflowing with exceptional wine. Adelaide is one of the 11 Great Wine Capitals of the World, alongside Bordeaux in France, Napa Valley in the US, and Bilbao Rioja in Spain. Located between white sand beaches and rolling hills, South Australia is home to some of the world’s oldest vineyards and some of the country’s best culture, food, and diversity.
Tipsy Tart Wines was born during the pandemic lockdown of 2020 out of love for Australian grown wines and the many memories, secrets, and fun we’ve all shared with our favourite bottle of wine! No matter what we go through (together or apart!) our favourite glass of wine is always there to keep us company, through the tears, laughter, or spontaneous living room dance parties.
